Rent the gear to run rivers
Rafting equals a great time in Colorado. We are now renting rafting gear, including paddle rafts, rowing rafts fully rigged for multiday and expedtion raft trips. Please check out our raft rental program, and reserve online. Rent our top of the line rafts for your next river trip. We even have trailers for some of our rafts, so you have minimal rigging.
We rent 14 and 16 foot, fully rigged oar-frame raft set ups for multiday expeditions, as well as paddle rafts. Our oar-frame rafts are great for day trips and multi-day trips such as Cataract Canyon, Westwater Canyon, Yampa Canyon, San Juan, Middle Fork of the Salmon. To rent an oar frame setup, experience is required. You must have rowed at least one whitewater river in a loaded raft to be eligible for an expedition raft rental. Rafting equipment is very expensive, so it is important to be familiar with rafts and how to pack and row them properly. You should also have a knowledge of rivers, whitewater, and river rescue. Our paddle raft is great for rafting on the Poudre, Arkansas, or any other river trip. It could also be rigged with a fishing frame for fly fishing.
13’ or 14'3" Paddle Raft Package
Includes SB raft, barrel pump, repair kit, up to 6 PFDs, up to 9 paddles, 1 bowline and 1 throw bag.
14’ or 16’ Rowing/Expedition Package
Includes self-bailing raft, barrel pump, repair kit, frame and 3 oars, up to 4 PFDs, 2 paddles, 16 cam straps, cargo net, 1 cooler, dry box, 3 dry bags, 1 bowline and 1 throw bag. The 16 foot raft is fully rigged and loaded onto a trailer. Having the raft on a trailer is a great advantage. It allows you to pack the raft at home and drive straight to the river and launch with minimal rigging. You will need a hitch to tow the trailer. The trailer has a 2 and 5/16 hitch, if you do not have this hitch ball size, we will supply you with the larger ball. If no one in your group has a hitch, you can de-rig the raft and load it onto your vehicle. You must re-rig it upon return.

A three-day minimum rental is required for hoilday weekend reservations.
Pickup and Dropoff
We offer a free pick-up & a free return day. For example, a rental that is picked up anytime on Friday & returned anytime on Monday would only be considered a two-day rental. For one-day rentals, you may pick up the raft between 4pm and 6pm the day before your trip. The raft must be returned by close of business the day of the trip. (if the raft is not reserved to another customer the following day, we can be flexible)
Upon Return
Please wash everything before you return it. We will not accept it back until it is cleaned. You may use the hose behind our shop. When you return, inflate the raft all the way and wash the boat if you haven't already. Once everything is ready, come inside and let the shop employee know that you are ready to check the raft in. He or she will check over the equipment for damage or missing items.
Excessive Damage
Fees for excessive wear and tear including holes, tears, large abrasions will be accessed based on repair materials, labor and depreciation of the equipment.
Damage and Security Deposit
A fully refundable damage/loss security deposit is required at the time of pick-up, & will be held with your personal check or credit card. Repair charges will be assessed for repairable damaged equipment. A contract/liability waiver must be signed by the renter at the time of pick-up.

Rental Requirements
The person renting the equipment must sign a waiver and be at least 18 years of age. A security deposit is required for the value of the item being rented. The security deposit is best as an imprint of your credit card. If the person picking up the rental is under the age of 18, the waiver will need to be signed by a parent. Please contact us for the paper work if a youth will need to pickup the rental without a parent.

Cancellations/Refund Policy
50% of the rental fee is non-refundable reservation fee. Within 7 days of the rental pickup, funds are committed and non-refundable. With 48 hours or more lead time, your rental may be rescheduled. We do not offer refunds due to weather or water conditions.
